Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
A: Email us at service@mahjongdeck.com with your order number and request as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: How is shipping calculated?
A: All orders qualify for free standard shipping.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Q: How long does processing and delivery take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with an estimated delivery of 4–5 business days after shipment.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Mahjongdeck offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received them
  • Be unused
  • Remain in original packaging
  • Be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: Contact our customer service team at service@mahjongdeck.com. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Packages returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty or arrived damaged.

Q: Can I exchange a product?
A: Yes. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Q: Is there a restocking fee?
A: No restocking fee applies.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.

Q: What if it’s been more than 15 business days?
A: If more than 15 business days have passed since you sent your return and you have not received a response or refund, please contact us at service@mahjongdeck.com.


Products & Inventory

Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
A: Email us immediately with photos and your order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Q: Do you have a physical retail store?
A: No, Mahjongdeck operates exclusively online.

A: Yes, once your order is placed, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email.

Q: How can I track my package?
A: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Q: What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: Contact service@mahjongdeck.com immediately. If the order has not shipped, we’ll update the address. Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
