• Remain in its original packaging

Return Label & Shipping Cost

• Return label: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the return label, unless the item is faulty or arrived damaged.

• Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange

Return Processing & Refunds

• After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method.

• Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund on your statement.
